To create great work then we need to work in teams together.

It really speaks to the fact that if we want to create great work then very often we need to work in teams together.

Sounds great but there’s a snag – you see work is straightforward. I put this in I get that out. Working with others is trickier. Others have different ideas about how things should be done. Other people are difficult.

What is wrong with them?
Working with others has its challenges, particularly if we are working remotely or in cross functional teams where we might have different goals and outcomes and different ways of working.

At Arena we work with you to create team programmes to build the skills that teams need to thrive and develop in the fast changing world we work in. The content is delivered online or in person and is grounded in work and supported by 121 and team/group coaching to embed the changes.
